Wilmington's Fall Recreation Schedule is Now Available

Registration is currently underway for all programs.

The Fall 2014 newsletter “Recreation Matters” is now available with some new program offerings.

Residents can access the newsletter from the town’s website. Click on “Recreation” on the left and then select the fall newsletter. Registration is currently underway for all programs (unless noted differently in the newsletter).

Recreation officials say in addition to the town’s returning favorite programs and trips, the department has some great new offerings! In particular, they are introducing “Sports 101” with returning favorite instructors, Ms. Meredith and Ms. K for children ages 4 - K, and Viking Soccer Clinics for 3-year-olds. Children in Grades K – 2 can learn all about cooking with pumpkins, and those in Grades 3 – 7 can decorate their own gingerbread houses to bring home. As always in the fall, the department is offering basketball programs galore – for ages 4 and up.
