The work to replace the bridge carrying Route 129 will extend into the fall.

WILMINGTON, MA — Work has begun, resulting in lane shifts on I-93 northbound in Wilmington, according to the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.

The work is expected to continue until Nov. 1 and will necessitate a long-term left shoulder closure and long-term lane shifts.
