WOBURN, MA — Fable Brewing Co. is working on a taproom and store in Woburn.
"Our first brick-and-mortar home is taking shape — a taproom where the community gathers, the conversation hums, and every pint has a tale to tell," the brewing company's website states.
The 3 Gill St. location has listed hours of Tuesday through Friday from 6 to 10 p.m. and Saturday from noon to 10 p.m.
They held a launch night July 20, according to their Instagram page.
The buildout is "going to take some time," but the brewery's location has entered "phase 1," which means they have weekly hours for tasting and beer cans to go.
The brewery's selection of beers are all named after fables, with various types of IPAs, bitters and lagers in categories like "Snow White" and "Red Riding Hood."
Fable was founded in 2020 by James Sparks and originally had plans to open a Burlington facility, according to Boston Restaurant Talk.
