• Council agrees to revisit Franklin Street townhouse proposal (homenewshere.com) — Woburn's City Council has agreed to reconsider a scaled‑down three‑unit townhouse project at 20 Franklin Street, replacing a fire‑damaged home in the Hammond Square neighborhood. After previously denying a larger version, councilors voted 6–3 that the smaller design is a "material" change, continuing the public hearing to Sept. 15 while neighbors remain worried about traffic, parking, and neighborhood fit.
