• Free electric transit arrives in Woburn with the launch of The Link (homenewshere.com) — Woburn residents can now use The Link, a free, all‑electric, on‑demand ride service covering the city and nearby Burlington for errands, work, and medical visits. Funded by a state grant and running six days a week, the pilot aims to close gaps in local transit, especially for people without cars or with mobility challenges.
   

• Memorial Drive gunman Tyler Brown indicted on 43 counts, six of them armed assault to murder (massdailynews.com) — A man accused in a May shooting rampage on Memorial Drive has been indicted on 43 charges and will be arraigned in Middlesex Superior Court in Woburn. The extensive counts include armed assault with intent to murder, weapons violations, and multiple assault and property damage charges stemming from the highway attack.
