17-Year-Old Dies After Worcester Shooting
The shooting happened at a Park Avenue fast food restaurant Saturday night, police said.
WORCESTER, MA — A 17-year-old died Saturday night after a shooting at the Wendy's along Park Avenue, Worcester police are reporting.
Police did not say what led to the shooting. Officers arrived at the restaurant around 8:30 p.m. and found the teen in the parking lot.
Worcester police are still looking for the shooter.
This is the first fatal shooting in Worcester since the summer. On Aug. 16, an unidentified man was shot and killed along Stoneland Road. Worcester police arrested two men in connection to that killing.
