3 Charged With Drug Trafficking In Worcester
State troopers teamed up with Worcester police to bust three residents on multiple drug charges.

WORCESTER, MA- Three Worcester residents are facing multiple drug charges after an investigation led to their arrest on Monday.
State troopers partnered with the State Police Narcotics Section, DEA Worcester High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area program and the US Postal Inspection Service on the investigation.
State troopers stopped 26-year-old Cathia Gonzalez as she was driving on Belmont Street on Monday with a suspended license. Two passengers were also in the car, Jose Martinez-Cepeda, 33 and Veronica Gonzalez-Acosta, 41.
Police found all three in possession of one kilogram of cocaine. Police say Martinez-Cepeda had an additional 15 pills on him.
All three were arrested and charged with trafficking in cocaine and conspiracy to violate drug law. Gonzalez was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and Martinez-Cepeda was charged with two counts of possession for both the pills and cocaine.
