3 MA Powerball Tickets Unclaimed, Expire Soon
Three tickets worth $50,000 each will expire next month if the winners fail to claim them, according to Mass Lottery.
WORCESTER, MA — Time to check your tickets. Three unclaimed $50,000 Powerball prizes won on tickets sold in Massachusetts for separate drawings last year are nearing expiration, according to Mass Lottery.
Each of the three $50,000 prizes was won by matching four out of five numbers, plus the Powerball.
Powerball prize winners have one year from the date of the drawing to claim prizes.
The three unclaimed winners were all sold in April 2022. The first was sold April 2 at M & M Market at 169 Lincoln St. in Worcester. The winning numbers are 06-28-47-58-59, 18.
The second was sold April 16 at Honey Farms at 87 Main St. in Rutland. The winning numbers are 15-21-32-62-65, 26.
The third was sold April 30 at Cumberland Farms at 581 Kelly Blvd. in North Attleborough. The winning numbers are 14-21-37-44-63, 01.
Lottery prizes that expire become part of the net profit that the Mass Lottery returns to the Commonwealth for distribution to all 351 cities and towns.
Prizes up to $103,000 can be claimed at all Mass Lottery claim centers. Claim centers are located in Braintree, Dorchester, Lawrence, New Bedford, West Springfield, and Worcester. Regular business hours at all locations are Monday through Friday, 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., excluding state holidays.
