3 People Killed In Pittsfield Fire
Two people managed to escape, but the other three residents did not survive.

PITTSFIELD, MA — Three people are dead after a home caught fire on Saturday morning.
Around 3:40 a.m., firefighters were called to the Lake Onota Village trailer park on Lakewood Drive. The fire was extinguished shortly before 5:30 a.m., police said.
The Berkshire County District Attorney's Office said two people managed to escape the fire, but the other three victims did not survive. The two residents who escaped were taken to Berkshire Medical Center with non life-threatening injuries.
Pittsfield Police said state and local officials remain on the scene investigating the cause of the fire. Although the exact cause is not yet known, officials do not believe foul play was a factor.
