4 Arrested After Police Find 300 Grams Of Cocaine, Handgun, Marijuana, Cash

Four people were held without bail after a raid on two homes in Worcester County.

UXBRIDGE, MA—Four men and a woman are being held without bail on drug trafficking and gun charges for arraignment tomorrow in Uxbridge District Court, announced Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.

Clerk Magistrate John F. Kennedy ordered the defendants held without bail after Assistant District Attorney Krista Wallace filed a motion for a dangerousness hearing. A judge will consider that motion at the defendants’ arraignment on Friday.

The four were arrested on Wednesday after a search of a home on North Street in Douglas and Douglas Street in Uxbridge, the result of a lengthy investigation, according to the DA. They were assisted by the Blackstone Valley Drug Task Force, the Massachusetts State Police Detectives assigned to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office, and agents from the Worcester DEA Tactical Diversion Squad.
