WORCESTER, MA — Some years, pulling the tablecloth out of the closet, making a ham and whipping up deviled eggs just seems like more work than it's worth. Several restaurants have you covered, offering Easter brunches.
Here are five in the area, but feel free to add your suggestions in the comments section below:
- Peppercorn's Grille and Tavern: Serving from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. $27 per person, half for kids. The menu, which has more than 30 items on it, includes corned beef hash, burritos, haddock, shrimp, prime rib, pretzel chicken, soups and salads and dessert. Here it is.
- Cere's Bistro/Beechwood Inn: Taking reservations for both Easter brunch and dinner. Sunday brunch is from 10:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. every week.
- Flying Rhino Cafe and Watering Hole: The Easter brunch takes place from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Served with a complimentary mimosa or bloody Mary, the brunch at the Flying Rhino has menu items ranging from an omelet station to carved beef to mushroom ravioli. Tickets are $35 for adults, and $10 for kids.
- Maxwell-Silverman's Toolhouse: Serving Easter brunch at Union Station in Worcester. Tickets are $23.95.
- Armsby Abbey: Serving a spring-inspired Easter Brunch from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., and also open for dinner.
