Alzheimer’s Association to Offer Free Healthy Living Program
The Alzheimer's Association will host 'Healthier Living for Your Brain and Body' on Wednesday, March 15 in Worcester.
From the Alzheimer’s Association: The Alzheimer’s Association will host a free program on healthy aging on Wednesday, March 15 from 6-7 p.m., at the YMCA Central Massachusetts, 1 Salem Square, Worcester.
Healthier Living for Your Brain and Body, will address research in the areas of diet and nutrition, exercise, cognitive activity, and social engagement to promote a brain-healthy lifestyle.
