WORCESTER, MA — A man was stabbed on the common behind City Hall on Tuesday afternoon, accoridng to the Worcester Police Department.
Officials confirmed that the victim sustained a stab wound during the incident and was transported to a nearby hospital. He is currently listed in stable condition, the Worcester Police Department told Patch.
Police say detectives are actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the stabbing.
Worcester police said that there was no threat to the public.
