WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police seized 10 illegal firearms, a Glock switch and a trafficking-level quantity of narcotics during a search warrant execution over the weekend on Pinewood Lane, officials said.
Members of the Worcester Police Department’s Operations Division carried out the warrant, which led to the arrests of two individuals on multiple gun and drug charges. Michael Gentile, 39, and Angela Zuidema, 44, are facing a number of firearms and narcotics-related charges in connection with the investigation.
Police said the search uncovered a cache of illegal weapons, including a Glock switch, which is a device that can convert a handgun into a fully automatic firearm, along with a quantity of drugs consistent with distribution.
Additional details about the charges and court appearances were not immediately available.
The investigation remains ongoing.
