8 Charged In Worcester Drug, Firearms Trafficking Case

A group of people from Central Massachusetts has been charged in connection with a drug and firearms trafficking conspiracy.

WORCESTER, MA — A group of people from Central Massachusetts has been charged in connection with a drug and firearms trafficking conspiracy operating in and around Worcester.

Seven people from Worcester and one from Oakham were charged after an investigation into drug sales involving cocaine, crack cocaine and fentanyl from Mar. 2026 through Apr. 2026, according to the U.S. Attorney's Office in Massachusetts. Two defendants were also charged with dealing firearms without a license.

The defendants were arrested on Thursday and remained detained after initial appearances in federal court in Worcester.

Those charged were:

Alisa Walsh, 34, of Oakham, was charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Osiris Berry-Vazquez, 23, of Worcester, was charged with distribution of controlled substances.

Fendy Martinez, 35, of Worcester, was charged with possession with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled substance.

Luis Muniz, 33, of Worcester, was charged with distribution of controlled substances.

Luis Dick Rivera, 39, of Worcester, was charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Fernando Valentin-Perez, 45, of Worcester, was charged with conspiracy to distribute controlled substances.

Omar Ramos-Jimenez, 27, of Worcester, was charged with dealing in firearms without a license and distribution of a controlled substance.

Onix Aviles, 25, of Worcester, was charged with dealing in firearms without a license.

Walsh, Berry-Vazquez, Martinez, Muniz, Dick Rivera and Valentin-Perez allegedly sold controlled substances to undercover law enforcement officers and confidential informants in and around Worcester, according to charging documents.

The charges carry possible penalties ranging from up to five years in prison for dealing firearms without a license to up to 30 years in prison for possession with intent to distribute and distribution of a controlled substance. Any sentence would be imposed by a federal judge based on federal sentencing guidelines and other laws.
