WORCESTER, MA — A man is facing charges following a stabbing in Worcester that left one person dead and two more injured.
Harold Despin was arraigned on Tuesday in Worcester on one count of armed assault to murder and one count of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, according to the Worcester County District Attorney’s Office.
One person died, and two other people suffered injuries and were taken to the hospital following the stabbing on Sunrise Avenue, according to the Worcester Police Department. Police told Patch on Friday that the incident was domestic.
Further details about the victims and what led to the stabbing were not immediately available.
Despin was held without bail, and the next date is July 17, according to the Worcester County DA’s office.
