WORCESTER, MA — A behavioral clinic in Worcester celebrated its grand opening last week.

New Hope Behavioral Health LLC marked its grand opening with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, the Worcester County District Attorney's Office announced on Monday. The clinic at 33 Waldo Street, Suite 2RA, provides primary care, psychiatric treatment and detoxification support for patients in Worcester, Central Massachusetts and MetroWest.

"Their commitment to expanding access to recovery services and meeting the needs of diverse communities is helping make a meaningful difference," the DA's office wrote in an announcement on Monday. "Congratulations and thank you for having us!"

New Hope offers preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health counseling, medication management and medically supervised detoxification support.

It also provides telemedicine services across Massachusetts and is open daily from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The DA's office said the clinic's work expands access to recovery services and helps address the needs of diverse communities. The office's Community Outreach Team provides free educational programs throughout Worcester County on substance misuse, bullying, internet safety and other topics.
