That Bacon and Booze Place You've Been Salivating Over Opens This Week

WORCESTER, MA — There's been a lot of talk about the opening of the Hangover Pub in Worcester, anticipation running high for this gastropub focusing on home-cured, cut in the kitchen bacon.

The pub, known as "New England's first Bacon Gastro Pub," is located at 102 Green St. (formerly the Center Bar and Grill, and also Green Street Pizza), and opens on Monday, April 4, at 4 p.m.

“People love pork and salt-cured meats in general, but they’re not going to the extent we are,” Chef Michael Arrastia told the Boston Globe/The Boston Eater of the new place. Read the full preview here.
