Bicyclist Killed On Route 20 Identified
A 40-year-old man was killed while biking on Route 20 when he was struck by a car on Sunday afternoon.

CHARLTON, MA—A bicyclist killed in a Route 20 crash in Charlton on Sunday has identified.
John Paire, 40, from Charlton, was killed when he was hit around 3:35 p.m. on Route 20 westbound by a 54-year-old Wilbraham man driving a 1997 Audi A4 sedan. The driver stopped and has cooperated with the investigation.
The crash occurred near South Sturbridge Road in Charlton. Preliminary investigation by Trooper Robert Ryan of the Sturbridge Barracks indicates the bicyclist came out of a side street just prior to being struck. The victim was determined to be deceased at the scene by paramedics.
