The Worcester Animal Rescue League needs blankets to help keep their pets warm and comfortable, <a href="https://www.facebook.com/WorcesterAnimalRescueLeague" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">according to a post on social media</a>. The shelter is asking for new or gently used blankets that are no bigger than twin size. The shelter, at 139 Holden St., will be taking donations through next weekend.
