Body Found In Worcester Woods Identified, Suspect Arrested
The body was identified as 30-year-old Benjamin Pacheco.

WORCESTER, MA — The body that was found burning in a wooded area off of Granite Street in Worcester on Tuesday was identified and a suspect was arrested in connection to the case. The victim was identified as 30-year-old Benjamin Pacheco, according to MassLive. Police arrested Rafael Guzman, 35, was arrested and charged with accessory after the fact to murder, the outlet reported.
Firefighters found Pacheco's body on Tuesday morning after getting a report of a fire in a wooded area off Granite Street. It was Pacheco's body that was burning and, according to MassLive, may have been wrapped in bubble wrap and a blanket.
Police deemed the death suspicious at the start of the investigation. The medical examiner labeled Pancheco's death a homicide, although the cause of death has not been released, MassLive reported.
