Broadway Star Johanna Day To Perform In Worcester Production
She will be in a production of "Doubt: A Parable."

WORCESTER, MA — A Broadway star is making her way to Worcester for a fall production.
Johanna Day, who has been nominated for two Tony awards for her performances in "Proof" and "Sweat", will star in “Doubt: A Parable" in Worcester. The production gets underway on Sept. 18 at the BrickBox Theater.
The story by John Patrick Shanley follows a nun, played by Day, who is the principal of a Bronx Catholic school in the 1960s, and questions a father’s affections for the school’s first Black student.
The production also features CBS News correspondent Jamie Wax, as well as Lynnette R. Freeman and Rebecca-Anne Whittaker.
The show runs through Oct. 5 in the BrickBox Theater at the Jean McDonough Arts Center. You can find a complete schedule here.
