The Committee to Re-elect Joe Early, Jr., Launches Campaign Ads
Public safety officials, educators, business leaders support re-election of Worcester County DA Joe Early, Jr.

From the Office of the Worcester County DA: Today, the Committee to Re-elect Joe Early, Jr. for District Attorney released the first in a series of campaign advertisements touting DA Early’s track record of successful crime prevention, along with his work to combat addiction and bullying. The ads feature endorsements from a wide range of public safety, education, and business leaders.
The spots will air across multiple platforms including television, YouTube, Facebook, Pandora online radio, and more.
The first TV ad will debut in the Worcester market in prime time during the Red Sox vs. Yankees game on Thursday, August 2.
Serving as District Attorney, Joe Early, Jr. has spearheaded successful programs to address important issues facing our community. These programs have helped to significantly reduce crime rates, while advancing key initiatives to prevent bullying, to promote internet safety, and to help prevent substance use disorder and elder abuse.
“Joe was instrumental in launching programs that really assisted people in becoming a meaningful part of their community,” Dan Charette, Retired Police Chief of the Southbridge Police Department, says in the first spot.
“Joe’s crime preventions efforts mean that the city is safer, it means that business is up, that people want to invest in the city,” says Susan Mailman, Owner and Chair of Coughlin Electrical Contractor. “This is good thing for all of us.”
Under DA Early’s leadership, the Worcester District Attorney’s Office has worked to implement anti-bullying and internet safety programs in schools. The first ad in the series features testimony from Maureen McCullough.
“Joe Early and the DA’s Office have played a critical role in making positive changes in the lives of our students,” the former Principal of Worcester's Forest Grove Middle School says.
These innovative programs led by Joe Early, Jr. are having a profound and positive affect on area communities and businesses. Since taking office, crime rates in Worcester County have decreased precipitously as DA Early continues to work with public safety officials, business leaders and educators to improve the lives of children and to keep the community safe.
