BROOKFIELD, MA — The search for Brittany Tee will resume Tuesday, and a state police dive team will join the effort focusing on a large area in rural Brookfield.

Tee, 35, was last seen Jan. 10 leaving her boyfriend's home along Main Street in Brookfield. Police and other first responders from across the region have been searching for Tee in wooded areas, homes and vehicles in Brookfield and by air since Jan. 12.

Police have suspended searches intermittently over the last few days. The work resuming Tuesday will focus on a large wooded area near Tee's home, which is near along Route 9 and Route 148. The state police marine and underwater recovery units will search ponds near the home, state police said.

The Worcester County District Attorney's Office is still investigating the circumstances of Tee's disappearance. Tee's boyfriend has been cooperating with investigators, and officials have not said they suspect foul play, according to reports.

The Worcester DA has set up an anonymous tip line to collect information about Tee: (508) 453-7589.
