Driver Dies After Crash Along Route 20
The collision shut down Route 20 for hours last Thursday. One of the drivers was cited for speeding before the crash.
WORCESTER, MA — A 34-year-old man from has died after he was involved in a head-on collision near the Auburn-Worcester border last Thursday, according to WCVB.
The collision happened around 1:30 p.m. on Feb. 27 when a pickup truck collided with a Subaru. The driver of the pickup had been cited for speeding just moments before the incident, according to WCVB.
The crash shut down Route 20 at the Worcester line for about two hours on Thursday so police could reconstruct what happened.
The pickup driver was identified as Dennis Maccarone, 30, of Westminster, and the victim was Keith Arsenault, 34, of Douglas, according to WCVB.
