Free Coronavirus Tests, Masks In Worcester Monday
The UMass Memorial Medical Center event happens in Main South all day Monday.

WORCESTER, MA — A coronavirus-defense event will be held all day Monday in Worcester's Main South neighborhood.
Beginning at 10 a.m., the city and UMass Memorial Medical Center will conduct free coronavirus testing. There will also be free masks and hand sanitizer given out at the event, according to organizers.
The event will be held at the Main South Community Development Corporation at 875 Main St. Testing will be conducted through 7 p.m. Monday.
There are other free testing resources available in Worcester if you miss Monday's event.
Worcester is one of eight communities across the state that were chosen as sites for the state's free-testing program. The Worcester testing site opened Monday at AFC Urgent Care, 117 Stafford St. Testing will be held noon to 5 p.m. on weekdays, and you must sign up for an appointment online before you go.
