Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. The victim, 16, suffered serious injuries, including broken bones, but is expected to survive.Police said the victim was hit around 6:45 a.m. in the intersection of Burncoat and Melrose streets. The car that struck her is described as a black sedan driving east on Melrose Street. Police said it kept driving after hitting her.Calls Worcester police at 508-799-8674.
