Grafton Man, 14-Year-Old, Arrested On Gun And Drug Charges: Worcester Police
Police found a loaded silver handgun with a round of ammunition in the chamber hidden in a plastic bag in the car.

WORCESTER, MA—A young Grafton man and a Worcester teen are facing charges after a stop yields drugs and a loaded handgun in the car on Thursday night.
On June 1, around 9:30 p.m., the Gang Unit spotted a Ford Fiesta that went through the stop sign at the intersection of Rodney Street and Catharine Street.
Officers went up to the car and saw the passengers in the rear frantically moving around, trying to hide something. According to the report, the passengers appeared to be extremely nervous, trying to hide a plastic grocery bag on the floor. Officers ordered the passengers out, and spotted the butt end of a firearm sticking out of the bag. They removed a loaded silver handgun with a round of ammunition in the chamber.

After searching the car, officers recovered several small ziplock bags, a digital scale, and marijuana. Joseph Todisco, 21-years-old of Grafton, was arrested and charged with Possession of Class D with Intent to Distribute. A 14-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant, and charged with Carrying a Loaded Firearm without a License and 2 counts of Possession of a Firearm without an FID Card. A 16-year-old male was arrested on an outstanding warrant and charged with Possession of Class D with Intent to Distribute. The juveniles and Todisco will be arraigned in Worcester District Court.
