How Much Snow Did Worcester Get?
The meteorologists sure hit the nail on the head with this one. Check out the snow totals for your area, and surrounding areas.
WORCESTER, MA — Winter Storm Niko tore through the northeast on Thursday, and while Worcester County didn’t get clobbered quite like the Cape and the Islands, the area did get more than several inches of the light, fluffy stuff. And thankfully, it was light and fluffy.
The National Weather Service reported that Worcester got 9.8 inches.
Here are the Worcester County accumulation totals from NWS ranging in totals reported from 1-4:30 p.m.:
- Lunenburg: 14.1 inches
- Sturbridge: 13.6 inches
- Rutland: 11.5 inches
- Worcester: 9.8 inches
- Milford: 10.5 inches
- North Grafton: 4 inches
