ICYMI: 7 Arrests Follow Investigation Of Drug Sales In Route 9 Area: Police

NORTHBOROUGH, MA—Seven people were originally arrested after an investigation into the illegal sale of drugs in the Route 9 area of Northborough.

On Sept. 20, officers from the Northborough Police Department, Massachusetts State Police Gang Unit and the Marlborough Police K-9 unit conducted an investigation into the illegal sales of narcotics along the Belmont Street/Route 9 area of Northborough.

As a result of the investigation seven individuals were arrested on various drug charges and three individuals were arrested on non-drug related charges.

The following individuals were arraigned in Westborough District court:

Samuel Baiden (age 35) of Worcester, MA: Distribution of a class B substance, subsequent offense (crack cocaine), possession of class B (crack cocaine), Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws

Jose Hinojosa (age 26) of Philadelphia, PA: Possession of a Class A substance (heroin), Distribution of a Class A substance(heroin), Knowingly Present where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws

Jose Molina (age 18) of Worcester: Possession of a class A substance (heroin), Distribution of a class A substance (heroin), Knowingly Present where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws

Barbara Pacheco (age 35) of Worcester: Possession of a class A substance (heroin), Distribution of a class A substance (heroin), Knowingly Present where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws

Timothy Ricci (age 26) of Worcester, MA: Possession of a class A substance (heroin), Distribution of a class A substance (heroin), Knowingly Present where Heroin is Kept, Conspiracy to Violate Controlled Substance Laws

Jewdy Gomez (24) of Bronx, NY: Possession of a Class B substance (crack cocaine), False name after arrest, Fugitive From Justice, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, warrant

Sidney Dennis (35) of Bronx, NY: Possession with Intent to Distribute Class A (Heroin) Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B (Crack Cocaine), Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Laws

Yonisa Feliz (20) of Worcester, MA: Failure to Stop for Police, Unsafe Lane Change, Operating to Endanger

Courtney Kornik (22) of Worcester, MA: Two warrants
