ICYMI:Taste Of Shrewsbury Street Returns

WORCESTER, MA—If you've ever been, you know the drill. Arrive hungry and pace yourself, or you'll never make it up both sides of the street before getting too full to move.

The Taste of Shrewsbury is back, an annual evening of food, live entertainment and block parties, happening Tuesday, June 20, from 5-9 p.m..

More than 40 local eateries from Worcester's "Restaurant Row" dish out samples of some of their signature dishes to ticket buyers while live music and local vendors line the street.

This is the Shrewsbury Street Merchants' Association's biggest fundraising event of the year, with proceeds benefiting the beautification of Shrewsbury Street, as well as local children's charities. Recent contributions have been made to the Seven Hills Charter School, Belmont Street Community School, and Friendly House.
