IMA wins Family Business Award

Insurance Marketing Agencies is proud to accept the Worcester Business Journal’s Family Business Award.

IMA was nominated for the award and attended the ceremony last week to accept the award. The ceremony was held at the Cyprian Keyes Golf Club in Boylston on May 24th. The annual award is given to a local family owned business. IMA was nominated alongside other local insurance companies that are family owned and have employed multiple generations.

Laura Herman, CEO along with her brother Peter Herman, President, continue to provide the unapparelled leadership that has cemented IMA’s reputation as a leader in its industry and in the community. The two are the third generation to work there, and their Mother, Lois Herman, still works at the agency.

IMA is honored to accept the Worcester Business Journal’s Family Business Award and will continue to serve the insurance needs of their community.
