Last Day To Register To Vote In MA Municipal Elections
Municipal elections are coming up on Nov. 2 in Framingham, Worcester and Marlborough. The deadline to register is today.

WORCESTER, MA — What's one activity that fun, easy and definitely not popular enough?
Voting, especially in local municipal elections.
And if you want to vote in 2021 municipal elections, you have until 11:59 p.m. tonight to register. You can do it online right now on the Secretary of the Commonwealth's website.

In 2021, almost every seat on the school committees and city councils are up for election in Worcester, Framingham and Marlborough. All three cities also have mayoral races this year — including the contest in Framingham to pick the city's second-ever mayor.
After your register to vote, the next key deadline in local elections is Oct. 27 — that's the deadline to apply to get a ballot by mail. Massachusetts has extended no-excuse absentee mail-in voting through Dec. 15.
