Lofts, Retail Planned For Worcester Table Talk Pies Building
A building that was part of the Table Talk headquarters on Kelley Square is the new phase in a larger stadium-area development.

WORCESTER, MA — A Boston developer has revealed a new phase of a larger redevelopment of the former Table Talk headquarters site on Kelley Square.
Boston Capital recently submitted a proposal to the Worcester Planning Board for the still-standing Table Talk building at 153 Green St., the longtime home of a Table Talk retail store. The plans call for 15 loft apartments on the second floor of the building, plus three new storefronts south of the pie store.
Boston Capital is the developer behind a multiphase project on the four-acre former Table Talk site between Green Street and Polar Park. The company is in the process of constructing a building with 83 affordable units near the corner of Washington and Ash streets overlooking the ballpark.

Table Talk moved out of its longtime Kelley Square headquarters in 2021 when it completed a new manufacturing facility in Main South along Gardner Street.
