Man Demands Percocet in Third Worcester CVS Robbery This Month
The man had a weapon, said police, and demanded a certain amount of pills.

WORCESTER, MA—Worcester police detectives are investigating three recent robberies that happened at CVS, and believe the robberies may be connected.
On Wednesday, Oct. 5, around 5:30 a.m., police were called to the CVS Pharmacy at 400 Park Ave. for a report of an armed robbery.
A store clerk told police that a man had approached the counter and handed him a note that said he had a weapon and wanted a specific amount of Percocet pills. The clerk gave him the pills, and the suspect fled the store, heading toward Winfield Street. The suspect was described as approximately 5’6” to 5’7”, 150 pounds, Asian male, and wearing a hooded sweatshirt.
This is the third robbery of a CVS in the past month, notes police. The other two occurred on Sept. 4 at 500 Grafton Street, and on Sept. 19 at 115 Stafford St.
No injuries were reported during these events.
Investigators believe that the three robberies are connected. The suspect description and the circumstances appear similar, police said.
