Man Injured In Worcester Stabbing: Police
The 30-year-old victim was stabbed Sunday night during a fight along Queen Street.
WORCESTER, MA — A 30-year-old man was injured Sunday night in a stabbing near the Community Healthlink facility along Jacques Avenue, according to police.
The stabbing happened around 7:30 p.m. when two men got into a fight near 25 Queen St., police said. The victim was taken to the hospital, but his injuries were not severe, according to police.
Police arrested Antonio Stokes, 30, of Worcester and charged him with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon. Police said an officer caught Stokes holding the knife used in the stabbing.
