Man Sentenced to 20 Years as 'Habitual Criminal,' Stemming From Greendale Mall Break-In Case
A Leominster man was handed 20 years in state prison after being found guilty as a habitual criminal.

WORCESTER — A judge last week sentenced a Leominster man to 20 years in state prison, after he was found guilty of being a habitual criminal.
Donald Hall, 58, was sentenced following his conviction last year for breaking and entering in the nighttime to commit a felony and other charges, according to Worcester County District Attorney Joseph D. Early Jr.
Hall was found guilty in a jury-waved trial in August of the breaking and entering charge as well as larceny over $250 and malicious destruction to a motor vehicle, according to the Worcester County district attorney. The charges stem from the theft of a GPS from a vehicle at the Greendale Mall in 2013.
