Depending on the journey, the experience may incorporate guided coaching, visualization, hypnotic-style suggestions, binaural audio and other sound-based techniques designed to create a deeply immersive environment for self-exploration and reflection. But you don't need to understand all of the technology to experience it. You simply need to show up and breathe. Each journey is different. Some are designed around themes such as letting go, stress and anxiety, self-worth, reconnecting with yourself, emotional release or deep relaxation. And every person's experience is uniquely their own. You may feel emotional. You may feel peaceful. You may gain a new perspective. WORCESTER, MA — A 21-year-old man was injured early Monday morning after a shooting along Plantation Street, according to Worcester police. Two men have been arrested in connection with the violence. The shooting happened around 1 a.m., police said. The victim was taken to a local hospital, but police said his injuries were not life-threatening. Later, officers spotted a car associated with the shooting near Chandler and Dewey streets, and arrested the two men inside. Samuel Chery, 19, of Lancaster, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery by discharging a firearm, armed assault with intent to rob or murder and other gun law violations. Joessy Beaz, 21, of Worcester, was charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, assault and battery with a gun and armed assault to murder.
