Man Wounded In Weekend Piedmont Shooting
The man was taken to the hospital Sunday morning after a shooting along Austin Street.
WORCESTER, MA — A 22-year-old man was shot early Sunday morning in the Piedmont neighborhood, according to police.
Police were called to a home near Austin and Crown streets at around 4:30 a.m. Sunday on a report of a shooting. They found the victim at a home there, and he was taken to a local hospital for treatment.
Police did not immediately announce any arrests connected to the shooting.
