Mass Foodies Chef's Best Dinner Series: The Albanian Experience

WORCESTER, MA—In a dinner series featuring the best dishes of local chefs, Mass Foodies hosts its 6th Chef's Best Dinner, which delves into traditional Albanian cuisine.

On Tuesday, Jan. 24, from 6-9 p.m., Chef Alex Gjonca, owner and chef of Nuovo Restaurant on Shrewsbury Street, puts together a dinner that combines flavors, textures, and ingredients that are the fundamental building blocks of growing up Albanian.

The event also includes a wine pairing and appetizers.
