Massachusetts Green Energy CPA to Speak at Three Conferences

Kathy Parker, CPA, MST, a partner at Rodman CPAs of Waltham, MA, a full service tax and accounting firm with a specialized renewable energy and clean technology practice serving "green" clients throughout the U.S., will be a speaker at three renewable energy conferences in October and November.
An active leader of Rodman CPA's “Green Team", Parker is a recognized expert in tax incentives and Solar Renewable Energy Credits.
Parker will be a speaker at BioCycle REFOR17, the official conference of the American Biogas Council, which will be held October 16-19, 2017 at the Red Lion Hotel On The River in Portland, OR. Parker will speak during the Project Development Tools and Realities segment, on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, on the topic of "What Do Investors Seek?" sharing her expertise on current tax law, how it applies to Biogas, cash flow, rate of return, tax incentives, and infrastructure. Parker has devoted much of her time over the past decade to providing expert counsel and services to Solar, Wind, and Biogas companies. A frequent guest speaker and panelist at renewable energy conferences and financial forums across the U.S., Parker has devoted the last several years to helping companies qualify for government grants, subsidies and tax incentives. She also helped corporations and partnerships to structure themselves in ways that would optimize their chances of success. She holds an accounting degree from the University of Texas at Austin, and a Master's in Taxation from Bentley University.
