Memorial Sunday Planned for Fallen Firefighters
The Worcester Fire Department is planning its annual Memorial Sunday.
WORCESTER, MA— The Worcester Firefighters' Memorial Sunday is being held on Sunday, October 9, 2016 at 9 a.m. These memorial services for active and retired members of the department will be held at the Firefighters' Memorial Monument, Fire Headquarters, 141 Grove St.
Memorial Sunday is held so WFD can honor the memory of all our departed brothers and sisters. There will be a roll call of members who have died during the past year.
The event is open to the public and all are welcome to attend.
