NY Man Nabbed For Series Of Robberies In Worcester
This 25-year-old man was wanted for a series of robberies in different areas of Worcester.

WORCESTER, MA—Worcester police have apprehended a man in Worcester, who is from New York, wanted in a series of robberies in different areas of the city in May.
On June 22, at about 11:15 p.m., Worcester Police Officers working as part of the US Marshals Fugitive Task Force executed an arrest warrant for an armed robbery suspect. Officers located Timothy Moriarty, 25, Farmington, NY, at 133 Paine St.
He was wanted for a series of robberies with firearms committed in May, including one at Metro PCS in Kelley Square, one at Metro PCS on Grafton St, and one at Walgreens on Grafton St.
His four active warrants include charges of Armed Robbery while Masked and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon (firearm). He was taken into custody without incident and will be arraigned in Worcester District Court.
