Worcester police are seeking a suspect who allegedly demanding Percocet from a CVS pharmacist.
WORCESTER, MA — Police are looking for a suspect they say went into a CVS, headed to the pharmacy, and told the pharmacist, "You know what to do," while demanding Percocet.
Detectives have been investigating this unarmed robbery, which happened on Jan. 2 at the CVS located at 500 Grafton St. Around 2 a.m., a man entered the store and went to the pharmacy, where he demanded Percocet. The pharmacist complied and handed over a quantity of Oxycodone pills.
The suspect fled the store and was last seen running across the parking lot towards Grafton Street, said police. Based on the investigation and surveillance video, police believe that he may have jumped into a silver MV nearby.
Just prior to the robbery, a female went to the pharmacy area of the same CVS and left the store without buying anything. This woman was the driver of the silver MV that the suspect may have gotten into immediately following the robbery. At this time, the female is a person of interest in the above robbery. After the robbery, the suspect motor vehicle was last seen driving up Fairmont Ave.
