Public Meeting In Worcester To Discuss MBTA Proposed Schedule Changes
The MBTA is holding three public meetings to discuss the upcoming changes to the schedule.

WORCESTER, MA — In late September of 2016, the MBTA formed a Framingham/Worcester Line Schedule Working Group to create an "accurate, effective and reliable service that meets the needs of the ridership while taking into account the assets of the operation – infrastructure, equipment and personnel."
Elected officials, MBTA staff, Keolis staff, ridership and ridership groups make up this collection. This group has created a schedule proposal that will be presented by MBTA and Keolis officials at three public meetings listed below.
The MBTA will be seeking public comment at these meetings and online.
Meetings:
Monday, Feb. 6, Natick Town Hall, Second Floor, 13 East Central St. Natick, 6:30–8:30 p.m.
Tuesday, Jan. 31, Newton City Hall War Memorial Auditorium, 1000 Commonwealth Ave., Newton, 6:30– 8:30 p.m.Wednesday,
Feb. 1, Union Station, Second Floor, 2 Washington Square, Worcester, 6:30–8:30 p.m.
At the end of the public comment period (Jan. 16, 2017 – Feb. 17, 2017), the Working Group will reconvene to review public comments and finalize the schedule changes, which will be implemented on May 22, 2017.
