Purple Bridge, Purple Bridge: Worcester, Boston Honor Prince With Lights
Worcester and Boston were among those joining cities across the country to awash its bridges in purple in memory of Prince.
WORCESTER, MA — Tributes and memorials continue to dominate the country, and social media, in the wake of the unexpected death of Prince at age 57 on Thursday.
Many cities across the country honored the beloved icon by washing its bridges in purple light. Worcester-Shrewsbury (Burns Bridge) and Boston (Zakim Bridge) joined Minneapolis and Brooklyn on Thursday evening.
