Raid Produces Cocaine, Gun; Worcester Man Faces Charges

A Worcester man is facing charges of drug possession and possession of a firearm.

WORCESTER, MA—A Worcester man has been arrested after a police raid found cocaine and a gun at an apartment.

The Worcester Police Vice Squad searched the second-floor apartment at 33 Providence St. shortly before 6:30 a.m. Wednesday, warrant in hand, targeting Michael Lokko, 32.

Officers said they found a firearm under a mattress where Lokko had been sleeping, six bags of cocaine, digital scales, and drug packaging material. Lokko does not have an FID or LTC card, said police.

Lokko was placed under arrest for Possession of Class B (Cocaine) w/ the Intent to Distribute, Drug violation within 300 feet of a school, Possession of a Firearm without an FID, Improper Storage of a Firearm, and Possession of a Firearm in the Commission of a Felony.
