Seasoned Employment Litigator Brian H. Lamkin Joins Mirick O’Connell

Worcester, Massachusetts – September 27, 2023 – Mirick O’Connell is pleased to announce that Brian H. Lamkin has joined the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. Lamkin is Of Counsel in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Group. Lamkin represents employers in state and federal trial and appellate courts around the country, before administrative agencies, and in alternative dispute resolution proceedings such as meditation and arbitration. Lamkin also counsels clients on a wide range of employment-related issues, including hiring, discipline and termination of employees; enforcement of trade secrets, and non-competition, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements; wage and hour laws; family and medical leave; prevention and investigation of claims of discrimination and harassment; and techniques for avoiding employee lawsuits and administrative claims. Additionally, he provides training on employment law and human resources issues; prepares and reviews employment, severance and non-competition agreements, employee guidebooks and human resources policies; and conducts independent investigations into allegations of harassment, discrimination, and other misconduct in the workplace.
