WORCESTER, MA — Worcester police have made a second arrest in connection to a fatal May shooting outside the Paku Lounge along Chandler Street. Worcester police on Monday said a 26-year-old Lewis Street resident was arrested on Friday on a warrant. Angel Ortiz-Santos, 28, was charged in May in connection to the shooting, according to <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/worcester/worcester-man-charged-chandler-street-slaying" target="_blank" rel="noopener">the Worcester County District Attorney</a>. Ortiz-Santos was previously charged with first-degree murder following the 2015 shooting death of Christian Omar Puello-Rosado in Worcester. He was found not guilty in 2018, <a href="https://www.telegram.com/news/20180402/2-found-not-guilty-in-worcester-shooting-death-at-after-hours-party" target="_blank" rel="noopener nofollow">according to reports</a>.Carlos Cruz, 44, a UMass Memorial employee, was found with multiple gunshot wounds early in the morning on May 8 along Chandler Street.
