Worcester Students to Present Research on Main South

The Adam Achievers program combines an introduction to advanced academic skills with college readiness experiences and civic engagement.​

From Clark University: The Adam Achievers are twenty-nine 10th graders from South High, Claremont Academy and the University Park Campus School who were chosen to participate in a two-week summer program that enables them to conduct research in Main South alongside Clark students pursuing their Master of Arts in Teaching. The Adam Achievers will present their research findings on topics including, but not limited to gangs in Worcester, art and architecture, youth opportunities, mental health, homelessness and immigration. The Adam Achievers program combines an introduction to advanced academic skills with college readiness experiences and civic engagement.

Who: Clark University graduate students and over two dozen local high school students
